The Development Authority of the Capital region is working on developing model layouts in all the Land Pooling Scheme zones in the coming six months. At the recent review meeting conducted by CRDA it has been announced about the model layouts.
Speaking at the review meeting CRDA commissioner Cherukuri Sreedhar said the model part of the zones will be shown to the farmers. Five LPS facilitation centres are to be set up in these zones where farmers would be educated on the works of development. Project management consultancies for the regarding are yet to be announced.
CRDA officials were also directed to check that the stilt slab is done for each package by March 10 for the government housing buildings. CCTV cameras will also be installed at all project sites. The consulting companies were directed to prepare safety measures. It has been planned that all the power required will be generated in the government complex area.
The work of the capital is going on in three phases. Some 18 12-floor towers will be built. Some 12 houses and 288 flats have been reserved for MLAs, while IAS officers will get 144 flats in six towers. A total of 432 flats are being built.
